Get Some Olympian
The majesty of the Olympic movements are beautiful to watch but extremely difficult to master. The setting of the bar against your shins, the proper hook grip in place and the routine of your breathing as you get ready to pull with power… to lift a barbell to your waist, onto your shoulder or over your head, the thrill when you finally reach a personal best and feel as if you are pulling for your country in the Olympics. Here at Get Some we allow you to feel and achieve those goals with our Olympic lifting area we call Olympian Row (OR for short). Here you will workout with other athletes who appreciate the Olympic lifts as you do and root for your success, just like a team in the Olympics. There are no individuals here, as we are all part of the Get Some Olympic Team and we help each other reach our goals. Like Olympic training, the coaches are always looking and will always correct or enhance an athletes movements, because even though you might not see it, there is ALWAYS something to correct.

– Tailored workout plan to focus on weaknesses in movement
– 2 week introduction class to cover basic fundamental movements
– Structured nutrition plan for your specific goals
– Weekly charted progress for duration of package
– Video analysis of your snatch plus the clean and jerk every Friday
– Olympic group class session for Workout Of the Day (WOD)
– 1 month Unlimited access to Olympic Row M-F
– No weekends but if you bring a friend you can come for free
