Helps us improve the box (gym) here is why we always welcome donations… When you walk into a gym do you feel intimidated? When you go to a workout class do you feel you know less than anyone else? If you get the courage to go to a workout but the whole time feel judged just standing and waiting for your instructor to show up? If you are CERTAIN that he or she is judging you for the way you look during the workout? If you have the sense that your workout partner is not as into it or committed like you are but you still get yours in? Come to Get Some and experience different, feel welcomed and never feel uncomfortable. From the Power Lifter to the WOD fire breather, we will challenge you as well as inspire you. We can provide you with the proper tools to confront your workout dilemmas or the coaching tips that you need to perfect an Olympic lift. We at Get Some want you to hit your body’s potential fitness level no matter what age you are. 65 or older, 35 hitting midlife or a 21 year old fire breather, we will help you reach your goals because at Get Some we believe in you and your success is our focus. You want to get past a 500 pound back squat? We can get you at 6 plates in no time. You want to do better at your next USAW or USOC event? We can get you prepared, movement wise, so the only thing you have to worry about is the voice between your ears. If you wish to have the community experience, enjoy killer WOD’s and maybe do them at an RX level one day, then we can help you. But none of it starts with, I’ll get to it later or it seems expensive. There is no price on your health and hey the first class if free, so what do you have to lose? So come on by and come Get Some…
